At Fox & Bobbin, every piece is designed with heirloom quality in mind — made to be worn, loved, and last well beyond one child’s wear. But when the time comes and your little one has outgrown their favourite pieces, I’ve made it simple (and stress-free) to give them a second life.
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Send it back — Pop your Fox & Bobbin items in the post (I’ll guide you through it, easy as can be).
Step 2: Get rewarded — You’ll receive a code for shop credit, to say thank you for helping keep your clothes in circulation.*
Step 3: Re-Loved — Your items are carefully checked, given a little TLC if needed, and added to the Pre-Loved; Re-Loved collection for another family to enjoy.

SHOPPING PRE-LOVED
All items clearly state size and condition in the titles and descriptions, for reference:
BRAND NEW – item has been returned unworn, with no marks or flaws
EUC – Excellent Used Condition – may have slight wash fade but otherwise perfect condition
GUC – Good Used Condition – may have wash fade, some slight wear and tear (details will be added in the description), minor flaws in stitching/repairs carried out but not obvious
PLAYWEAR – well loved but with plenty of life left – may have wash fade, small flaws/holes (nothing major and all details will be added in the description), more obvious repair work if needed. Ideal for running around nursery or outside in the garden etc
RECYCLED – items which had no life left as they were, which may have been altered to avoid damaged areas (eg pants cut down to shorts), or cut up and made into something new entirely
